The Fringe FAQ
What is The Fringe?
- The Fringe is a monthly auto-renewing subscription where you agree to pay $10/month and receive $10 in FP credit. With this subscription, you will automatically get at least 20% or more off all our products*, everyday! No discount code is required as all promo codes will apply automatically in checkout. You will also get FREE shipping on all orders, as well as VIP access and sneak peeks.
- Must purchase The Fringe first and separately in order for the discounts to apply correctly.
*exclusions may apply. The Fringe discount will not stack with any promotional offers, but you will receive the greater of the discounts automatically. Only applicable to products purchased from www.freshlypicked.com. Will not apply to any affiliate sites.
How do I access my FP credits?
You must be LOGGED IN to your FP account in order to be able to access all earned FP Credits. Your available rewards will be viewable on the bottom right of your screen under “Rewards”. If you select the “Rewards” button, you can view your available credits as well as redeem your credits in the form of an e-Gift Card. Upon checkout, you will have the option to apply your FP credits with the gift card number you copied when you redeemed (or keep saving them up for something BIG, later). If you lost your gift card number, it will be able to be copied after being redeemed from the “Rewards” link or it will be emailed to you as well.
Do my FP credits expire?
FP credits will expire 12 months from the date of issuance of product credits or at the end of your most recent membership tenure if you have canceled your membership.
Can I apply FP credits to any purchase?
Yes, your FP credits can be redeemed in full or saved for a later day!
When is my billing date?
- As a member, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you signed up. Your Fringe subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.
- Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences.
- If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Will a notification be sent before payment is going to be taken out or after it’s been processed?
Yes. You will receive a billing reminder email 5 days before you are charged. You will also receive an email once your credit card is charged every month, and your new $10 monthly FP credits will automatically be added to your account at that point.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your Fringe membership account access will expire and be inactive until you are able to update your payment info.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
No refunds can be issued for any subscription payments.
How can I cancel my subscription?
While we hope you’d never want to cancel your subscription to The Fringe, you can cancel at any time. Simply log into your FP account and click “Manage/Cancel Account”. From that point, you can make any changes or cancellations needed for your subscription. You can also email customer service at hello@freshlypicked.com
How are my FP credits applied if I return product?
Your refund will be processed automatically and your FP credits will be credited back to your subscription account.
If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access to my benefits or my remaining balance? If so, for how long?
Yes! You can access your FP credits at any time through your freshlypicked.com account login. You will not, however, have access to the Free Shipping and up to 20% off benefits and we CANNOT refund the FP credits in your account. Your credits will expire 12 months from the date of issuance of product credits. No refunds can be issued for any subscription membership fees.
Can my discount be shared with friends/family?
The Fringe savings and benefits are applicable to members only. Sharing account information is a violation of our policies and can result in the deactivation of your subscription.
Payments Accepted for The Fringe subscription:
- Amex, M/C, Visa
- For regular purchases AFTER The Fringe subscription has been purchased, you can use ALL payment options (as per our site). We are only limited with the subscription payment
Why is there a gift card showing on my purchase?
Your Fringe FP credits will show as a gift card being redeemed when you use it on purchases.
Can I redeem less than the full value of my FP credits?
Yes you can, in $10 increments, and since they are redeemed as a $ discount off your order, you can combine as many as you want to the same transaction.
Can I cash out my FP credits at the end of a period that they are NOT used?
No, the FP credit value is not applicable for cash out. You can, however, redeem the FP credits on Freshly Picked website purchases.
Can I join The Fringe if I live overseas?
You certainly can access all of The Fringe benefits except the free shipping, unfortunately.
