Meet the Team

Before we dive into the production process, let's start with introductions. Today, we're fortunate to have Alex and Nely, our production supervisors, and their team to walk us through how our best-selling shoe, the newborn Zion moccasin, is made. These talented individuals are the heart and soul of our production, and they put their love and craftsmanship into every pair.

The Production Process

Read in Depth How we Make our Shoes

Now, let's get into the nitty-gritty of how our adorable baby shoes come to life. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the production process:

1. Leather Cutting

It all begins with cutting the leather. The leather is laid out, and patterns are placed on it to cut out the specific sizes required for our shoes.

2. Stamping

The first stamping process involves imprinting the shoe size on the sole of the shoe.

3. Embossing

Next, our iconic "FP" logo is embossed on the bottom of the sole, adding that special touch.

4. Sewing

The shoe's upper is sewn together, with specific attention to the toe and heel areas.

5. Assembly

The various pieces of the shoe come together to form the complete product.

6. Elastic Weaving

Elastic is woven into the shoe to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for your little one.

7. Quality Check

At every step of the process, quality checks are performed to ensure that each pair meets our high standards.

Ultimately, from start to finish, our incredibly talented team can make a shoe in about 5 minutes! This shows how skilled and effective their production line is. They strive to make each shoe order the day the order is placed. Our craftsmen also make our cosmetic pouches and leather totes by hand at our production facility.

Inventory and Shipping

Once the shoes are crafted, they are carefully checked and then placed in our inventory. When you place an order, the team retrieves the shoes, packages them with care, and prepares them for shipping. We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible to ensure your little one can start enjoying their Freshly Picked shoes.

We hope you enjoyed this exclusive look at our production facility. Our team puts their hearts and souls into crafting each pair of Freshly Picked baby shoes, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share our process with you. Your support means the world to us, and we're always here to answer your questions and provide the best for your little ones.
