PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY HAS CHANGED PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Please measure your child's foot and compare it to our shoe size chart. Our shoes run true to size for American baby and toddler sizes.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER PURCHASE DATE. We will gladly refund an UNWORN pair of moccasins in their original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email hello@freshlypicked.com to arrange shipping. Once the moccasins have been received and inspected into our facility then we will issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange an UNWORN pair of moccasins in their original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE in the US only. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email us at hello@freshlypicked.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE to arrange a return. Once the moccasins have been received and inspected into our facility then we will ship your new pair of moccasins to you.
