Freshly Picked proudly stands behind the quality of all our products. We want all of our customers to enjoy our products and make lasting memories. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from our site, you may initiate a return or exchange HERE or if you have any additional questions/concerns, please contact us at hello@freshlypicked.com. 

If your product has a defect or you received something different than you ordered, please contact our customer service team for help with your return by emailing hello@freshlypicked.com or chat with them through our website.

The Quick Version

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Exchanges and returns for site credit will have no restocking fee for bags and a $2 restocking fee for shoes

  • Returns for site credit will also get a 10% bonus credit

  • Returns for a refund are subject to a $6 restocking fee

    • Items must be new, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging

    • **A photo of the item(s) is required.


 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are easy! Bag exchanges come with no restocking fee. Shoe exchanges include a $2 restocking fee to help cover packaging and processing. All items must be unworn and requested within 30 days of delivery.

Your replacement order will be placed once your return has been inspected and approved. 

 


 

Site Credit (our favorite option)

We love giving you flexibility — and a little extra thank you.

If you choose to return it for site credit: - You’ll receive the price that you paid for the item, plus a 10% bonus in Freshly Picked store credit!

Bag returns will come with no restocking fee. Shoe returns include a $2 restocking fee to help cover packaging and processing. All items must be unworn and requested within 30 days of delivery. 

Store credit is issued once your return is received and approved. It can be used on any future Freshly Picked purchase and is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued.

 


 

Returns for Refund

If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, we’re happy to do that, too.

Please note: - Return shipping label charges will apply, and a $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund - Original shipping charges and Redo Shipping Protection are non‑refundable - Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected

 


 

Return Window & Item Condition

  •  Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • A photo of the item(s) is required.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging 

  • Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted

 


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal or reach out to our Customer Experience team 
  2. Follow the steps to select an exchange, site credit, or refund 
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

Once we receive your return, we’ll take care of the rest.

 


 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: - Gift cards - Warehouse Sale - Items marked Final Sale - Personalized or custom items (unless they arrive defective) and Unlimited Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges with re:do 

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.

Please contact our Customer Experience team within 48 hours and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or store credit. Confirmed damaged or incorrect items will not be subject to restocking fees.

 


 

Product Warranty 

We're proud of the quality and craftsmanship behind every Freshly Picked product and want you to love your purchase for many adventures to come. Our bags are backed by an 18-month warranty, and our shoes are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase

This warranty covers manufacturer defects that may appear over time, including issues with zippers, magnets, straps, elastic, and peeling materials. If something isn’t functioning as it should due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’re here to help make it right.

Please note that general wear and tear, natural aging, misuse, or damage from everyday use isn’t covered under our warranty. If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, our customer experience team is always happy to take a look and guide you through next steps—we’ve got your back.

 


 

SWADDLE RETURN POLICY:

  • Freshly Picked will accept returns on the Swaddle and Snuggles purchased directly from www.freshlypicked.com within 30 days of the purchase date on a case-by-case basis.
  • Swaddle must be new, unwashed, and in all original packaging for safety reasons. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a swaddle that has been used, washed, or if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

CANADA/ALASKA/HAWAII RETURN POLICY:

  • These orders placed directly from www.freshlypicked.com are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from purchase or returned for credit up to 120 days from purchase. They are not eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping. You will be charged a restocking fee. These returns must first be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at hello@freshlypicked.com to request a return authorization.


 

International Returns

All purchases made outside the United States and Canada are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. 

 


 

A Few Final Notes

  • Store credit and refunds are issued once returns are received and approved

  • Inspection process - We will inspect the item(s) once they arrive within 7 business days. Tags must be in place, and items must be new in the original packaging.

  • Shipping charges and Unlimited Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges with re:do + Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

  • Freshly Picked is happy to assist with providing a return shipping label even if you opted out of our Unlimited Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges with re:do, however, the cost of the shipping label will be collected at the time of the return request. ***For customers in the lower 48 states only. 

  • For gift returns, please select “Returning a Gift” on the Returns Portal page of our website or email hello@freshlypicked.com for assistance.

  • *Be sure to refer to the product details under your product purchase for final sale details, as these items are not eligible for a return

  • *We cannot process or accept returns/exchanges in person. 

  • *Item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of the receipt of your return label. Please note: when shipping your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Freshly Picked is not responsible for any lost exchange/return packages and because of this we do suggest that you get a confirmation receipt from the carrier when you drop off your return so you can track it. ***You cannot schedule a pickup with the carrier and must drop off in person to avoid any additional return shipping fees.

  • *All items not purchased directly from our site and purchased through any retailer must be handled directly with them.
