- Color: Neutral color pairs well with everything
- Size: I debated between the mini and regular size thinking the latter may look too big on me but it isn't at all
- Feel & Comfort: Soft, quality leather and padded straps makes this bag comfortable to wear
- Function: multiple pockets and storage compartments
CONS: My only complaint would be the customer service and lack of response. My product came with a tag on how to register it online at FRESHLYPICKED.COM/REGISTER. The tag also states products must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
- I've tried several times and the URL provided does not work. It either comes up blank or tries to redirect you to the freshly picked homepage.
- I contacted [****] for assistance per the Company's FAQ page but have yet to receive a single response to one of the 4 emails I sent in the past 1.5 weeks. At this rate, my product will expire before I can register it.

I just had my third baby and decided that I wanted a new diaper bag, and I am thrilled with this bag! I had initially bought the heather color but didn’t like it (too pink/berry for me), so exchanged for this color, which I absolutely love. The exchange process was simple and they were very responsive. I love the storage in this bag, especially the outside front pocket for keys, phone etc. also multiple carrying options. I wish I would have had this bag sooner. Would be a perfect registry gift for a couple of friends to buy together!

The product is great. The customer experience was terrible in terms of transparency of shipping and delivery time frames. I paid a very high price to have this delivered in-time for a baby shower. The shipment did not arrive in time and I had to go empty handed. I chatted with customer service people on line that assured me they could meet the deadline - they did not. I would never order form this site again.

I love the bag overall. It’s spacious but not too bulky. I did reach out to customer service as my bag had a few scratches on it and the issue was handled right away.
I am more than impressed. I bought a diaper bag from FP and I love it and only have a positive experience with this company. For one, the original color I bought I was not a fan of when I received it. I knew I wanted to exchange it. But I took a very long time to do it - no one’s fault but my own. I emailed FP to make sure they received it and knew which bag I wanted it exchanged for! I got an immediate helpful response. I received my new diaper bag within a week which again… I was so impressed! And I could not be happier! The color, the size, the style, how much it can fit in it, etc… I would recommend FP’s diaper bags to anyone! And it’s a plus that the company is so sweet and accommodating. I will be buying more from them.

This is my third baby, and I’ve tried plenty of diaper bags, and this one is amazing! It’s lightweight, roomy with just enough pockets (but not excessive) and with multi-functionality of pockets, wipeable, durable and not bulky or massive-looking. I bought this on sale for $99 and had a coupon for 10% off and free shipping. I wouldn’t have bought it full price honestly because I would never buy a bag for ~200 BUT it’s absolutely worth it when it’s on sale bc it’s then comparable in price to many other diaper bags. Highly recommend. .
I want to start off by saying that I LOVE this bag. It is a beautiful and stylish diaper bag. I am amazed by the amount of pockets and how much stuff it can hold. It’s very nice quality and well made. My only complaint would be that I feel like the color in the photos are not the same color of the bag I received. It is much more brown in person than the photos are. I wanted to exchange it for a different color but they wanted me to pay the difference between the colors which is a bit ridiculous. Still would recommend this bag though!
