1st time I ordered the mystery girl baby shoe and it was a fun surprise! The girl mocs in size 1 are adorable. They’re a knotted bow moc in like a bone color with a light purple knotted bow! So cute and a great price, $10! They didn’t come in a box or with a little bag but for the price the shoe is a great buy!
I am pleasantly surprised with these Mocs! They are cute and stylish. They are great quality as you can expect when purchasing any FP items. My baby is 5 months and I ordered size 2. They still have plenty of room to grow.

I have been a loyal Freshly Picked customer for years and have bought their shoes for all of my children. I was excited about the mystery shoe drop and purchased multiple pairs so my daughter could grow into them.
One pair arrived with a clear manufacturer defect. The straps are sewn so tightly that the shoe is not wearable. These are two sizes up from my daughter's current size, and her foot is small and nowhere near filling them, yet they are too tight to wear even on her smaller foot. This is a construction problem, not a fit problem.
When I contacted customer support, I was told: "we are very sorry if they were not what you wanted or what you expected. All shoes are final sale, sold as is, and not eligible for returns or exchanges."
A mystery drop means customers accept surprise in style or color, not a flaw in function. I was not asking to return shoes because I changed my mind. I was reporting a defect. Selling a shoe that cannot be worn and then pointing to "sold as is" shifts the cost of a quality failure onto a buyer who had no way to inspect it first. That is unethical, and especially disappointing from a company that prides itself on handmade quality and markets to families who trust that care. A brand built on craftsmanship should stand behind its work.
Until Freshly Picked changes its automated customer care responses to defect claims, I will not be purchasing from them again or recommending them to others.
Very disappointed. The shoes we received had skeleton feet on them and did not appear to be for a girl. They are seasonal based and we were very upset.
