How do I purchase using my membership?

Add the One Step Ahead membership to your cart and your discount will automatically be applied to the moccs in your cart.

Is the Membership Free?

Yes, it is absolutely Free!

What tiers are available with the membership?

3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 pairs

What are the mocc savings discounts that I will receive when signing up for the membership?

3 pairs 15% discount ($50/pair) = $150
4 pairs 25 % discount ($44/pair) = $176
5 pairs 32% discount ($39.99/pair) $199.95
6 pairs 34% discount (38.94/pair) = $233.64
7 pairs 36% discount ($38/pair) = $266

Can I get free shipping?

Yes! You'll get free shipping on any qualified mocc purchase with the use of your membership.

*Excludes those outside the lower 48 US states.

What moccs are included in this membership?

You may purchase any applicable Soft Sole moccs. If you would like a Mini Sole, Disney or Licensed mocc, please reach out to Customer Service at OneStepAhead@freshlypicked.com and they can assist you.

**Some styles may be excluded at any time at the discretion of Freshly Picked.

Does the membership have to be purchased separately from the qualifying items?

No! Once you are enrolled in the membership, your Free Shipping and exclusive benefits are always applied to mocc purchases.

What is the return/exchange policy for membership moccs?

Please refer to our current Freshly Picked return policy for specific return questions.

Is there a limit to the number of times the “bundles” can be purchased per person?

You can purchase as many bundles as you want.

Can you customize the bundle at any time before the item(s) ship?

You can mix and match any of the applicable moccs/sizes before you purchase, but we cannot make any changes to an order once it is placed.

Is the membership transferable?

No, the membership itself is non-transferrable.

Can I join the membership if I live outside the United States?

You certainly can access all the discount benefits of the mocc membership; however, the free shipping benefit will not be included.
