WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Thank you so much for your order! You can check your order status here. Please allow at least 3-5 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. The confirmation email and all correspondence from us will be sent to the email that was used when you placed the order, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MARKETPLACE ITEMS?
We are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly through Freshly Picked. Products purchased from the Marketplace vendor’s website must be returned via that vendor.
We will gladly return an unused Marketplace product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return click here. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to high demand, we can't guarantee an alternate product will be available for an exchange, so we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
CAN YOU CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it has been placed. For example, we are unable to change size, color or shipping information.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE US?
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. I cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States, a.k.a. I will go to jail. Thank you for asking though.
