Customer Service & Experience Manager


The success of our customer service team is pivotal to our overall business objective of providing excellent service to our customers as well as supporting our direct sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong customer service and problem solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, an eye for detail and true team leadership.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain and improve customer experience and satisfaction by improving upon and maintaining current systems and processes.
  • Own strategy over customer retention + repurchasing.
  • Problem solve ways to improve conversion rate.
  • Improve average activity/ticket time.
  • Resolve issues quickly while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Understand and improve life cycle of customer.

QUALIFICIATIONS

  • 3 years customer service experience and at least 1 year customer service management experience.
  • This is an in-office position, located in Provo UT
